Mgmt 338( paraphrasing) expanding business into china and india
This project is already completed before. I just want you to go through the two files attached below. there is two country Japan and India. I want to remove Japan and put China Instead.
Recommended mode of entry is on both not just one country.

- Identify and then analyze at least two possible countries for expansion based on specific criteria, such as:

- Whether FDI is attractive or unattractive
- Foreign exchange opportunities/issues
- Whether regional integration is present and how this may impact expansion
- Possible modes of entry with recommendations
- Discuss marketing/HR items of note to successfully operate in the new country
